XXVI. Slovak Championship in Slow Pipe Smoking at Motel M near Malacky

The Bratislava Pipe Club and Mostex Group cordially invite all pipe and tobacco lovers to XXVI. Slovak Championship in Slow Pipe Smoking, which will take place on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Motel “M” near Malacky.

The competition is open to individuals and teams and promises a traditionally pleasant gathering for all fans of cool tobacco. In addition to the competition itself, there will be space for socializing and an evening conclusion with a communal dinner.

Smoking will be from one's own competition tobacco of type billiard Savinelli model 101. This model is generally accepted at competitions in several countries, and those who do not have it yet will be able to purchase it before the competition for 40 €.

The competition tobacco will be Briarwood Camberly 847 in a competition quantity of 3 grams. It is a premium blend of selected Virginia tobaccos and Black Cavendish, with notes of vanilla and a subtle hint of caramel appearing during smoking. The practical “ready rubbed” cut Briarwood Camberly 847 facilitates the preparation of the tobacco.

Competition Program

12:00 – meeting of representatives of pipe clubs
13:00 – registration of competitors
14:00 – start of the competition
16:30 – announcement of results after the competition
17:00 – socializing during the communal dinner

Entry Fee

The entry fee for competitors is 30 € and includes participation in the competition, a drink, and dinner.
Accompanying persons pay 20 €, which includes a drink and dinner.
