XXVIII. Grand Prix Brno – invitation to the competition on September 5, 2026

The end of the holidays is approaching, and with it the next year of the traditional XXVIII. Grand Prix Brno 2026, organized by the Pipe Club Brno. This year, the competition will also take place in the setting of the western town of Wild West Boskovice.

On Saturday September 5, 2026, fans of pipes, tobacco, and a relaxed pipe smoking atmosphere can look forward not only to the competition itself but also to a rich accompanying program.

Competition pipe: of own type Billiard, the preferred type is Savinelli 101.

Competition tobacco: Davidoff Flake Medallions.

The entry fee when paid in advance by August 27, 2026 is 450 CZK, at registration on site 550 CZK. The fee includes competition tobacco, matches, a tamper, and refreshments. Payment can be sent to account 6665094002/5500

Schedule

Participant registration will take place from 12:30 to 14:00, the competition itself will start at 14:30. Around 17:00 the conclusion of the competition and refreshments are planned. However, the program does not end there – from 19:00 there will also be a competition in slow smoking of cigars.

Accompanying program

Before the main competition starts, participants will have the opportunity to try target shooting with an air pistol. Throughout the afternoon, it will also be possible to play scoring blackjack.

The western setting also calls for stylish clothing, and therefore, just like in the past, there will be a competition for the most original outfit of the participants.

Venue

Western town Wild West Boskovice, the traditional venue of the Grand Prix Brno competition (link to mapy.cz, link to Google maps). In the area, there is also the possibility of accommodation, which must be reserved by September 1 at the phone number 734 234 172.
